Women have had a difficult time with being treated differently just based on their race. Men used to be known as always being better, stronger, and smarter than women. Men had the right to vote before women; it took a lot of years for women to actually get the right to vote. Women were known to always be the stay at home mom who took care of the house and the children, while the man of the house did the work and gained money for the family. Things have greatly progressed since those times. Nowadays, it's very likely for a woman to have a better profession than the man. Women have the same equal rights as men for the most part in this century.
